Shall We Call Power Odd and Scary Beast? The series of meetings on one of the most controversial topics ever

What is power? Wealth, information, command, status, physical strength, strength in numbers, organisational efficiency... Mariella Palazzolo and Marco Sonsini of Telos A&S will discuss the topic in a series of international meetings entitled ‘Shall We Call Power Odd and Scary Beast?’  which will be streamed live.

The phenomenology of power will be narrated by some of the key contributors to the monthly publication PRIMOPIANOSCALAc, whose interviews have been collected in the bilingual Italian-English volume the collection TWO. The volume, which offers a selection of five years of interviews, follows the collection ONE, published in 2015, which, in turn, collected some of the interviews carried out in the previous five years.

The aim of the series of meetings is to take inspiration from the heterogeneity of the interviewees, in order to delve into one of the most complicated concepts in the history of philosophical, political, sociological and legal thought.
